How does Airdan get access to my data?
With your explicit consent, account by account. For Google Ads, your account is linked under our Google Ads manager account; for other platforms, you grant the equivalent read-only authorization. You never need to apply for any API token of your own — that's handled entirely on our side.
Can Airdan change anything in my ad accounts?
No. Our data access is read-only, for reporting and analytics only. Airdan never creates, edits, pauses or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets or any other account setting. Any changes to your campaigns are made by you or your account team directly in each platform's own interface.
How fresh is the data in my dashboard?
Dashboards refresh once per day. That means the figures you see can be up to 24–48 hours behind what the ad platforms show in real time. For monthly and trend-level decision making — which is what Airdan is built for — daily refresh is the right trade-off between freshness and reliability.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Each client's data is stored in its own isolated environment on Google Cloud, accessible to that client alone. We never sell, resell, redistribute or otherwise disclose your advertising data to any third party, and we would never do so without your written consent. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and handled in accordance with GDPR.
What happens if I want to leave?
You can stop at any time. On request, we disconnect your data sources and unlink your Google Ads account from our manager account within 3 business days, ending all access. You always retain full, exclusive control of your own advertising accounts — nothing we do ever locks you in at the account level.
How is Airdan billed?
All tiers are monthly subscriptions: Basic €195/month, Pro €495/month, Ultra €895/month. Basic has no setup fee. Pro has an optional setup fee (€500–750) only if complex category structures need manual mapping. Ultra has a mandatory setup fee (€1,500–2,500) covering API integration, normalization, the Conversion Gap crawl setup and AI model tuning. Do I need technical skills to use Airdan?
No. That's the point. We handle the data engineering; you get a dashboard that answers business questions in plain language. Basic-tier customers are typically live within 1–2 days, fully self-service.
Where is my data stored?
Airdan Basic reads your data live via native connectors; Airdan Pro and Airdan Ultra store it in Google Cloud (BigQuery), in the EU-compliant infrastructure described in our Privacy policy. Each client's data is isolated per project or dataset with least-privilege access controls.
