Refund policy

Cancelling your subscription. You may cancel at any time, with effect from the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded pro-rata.

30-day money-back guarantee (Basic tier). If you are a first-time Basic subscriber and Airdan is not for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions, no forms.

Setup fees. Setup fees (Pro optional, Ultra mandatory) pay for one-time implementation work. They are non-refundable once onboarding has begun, except as required by law.

Technical issues. If a technical problem on our side prevents access to your service, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund the affected period.
