Delivery Policy

Airdan sells exclusively digital products and services. There is no physical shipping involved.

Delivery timeframes Upon successful payment, access to your service is provisioned electronically:

• Basic tier — dashboard access details are sent to your checkout email within 1–2 business days (self-service onboarding).
• Pro and Ultra tiers — onboarding starts with a kickoff call; your account manager will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to schedule it.

We will always communicate clearly which delivery method applies to your specific purchase.

Didn't receive your delivery? If you have not received any communication within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at office@airdan.ai and we will assist you promptly.
